In 1998, he formed a group called Newcom Arts Promotion with the support of Gouri Choudhury, Alaur Rahman and Soaful Uddin, and other leading singers, actors, presenters and musicians. For the first time British Bengali audience noticed a difference in the quality of performance by the local Bangladeshi talents.

This group is extremely popular for it's unique performance and has been helping the performers for professional development and promotion of Bangladeshi culture within the mainstream audience.

"I have never met anyone who was good at everything he did. I have known him from a young age as a singer, actor, doctor and a good friend. I am very proud of him and wish to help out in his new venture that he has taken on. Everyone can get money but not everyone helps poor people."

Charity Work

During the past year Fazal has set up a scheme in Talshahar, where every month he donates money to poor people. This money is then used by the people for either medicine, education, rebuilding houses or for other causes. He hopes that in the near future, he can build a hospital for people who cannot afford the required medical treatment.

Family man

In London, he has constructed a programme called Eternal Learning to help the children within his family and his relatives. This brings the families together for a different learning process and builds a stronger relationship between the families. It encourages the children to focus on education and always stay in touch with their culture and religion.

After completing hajj, and umrah twice within the last two years Fazal feels he is going in the right direction.

"Seeing the house of the Almighty Allah has been the greatest time for me. I thank Allah for giving me the opportunity to fulfil this."

"I am forty seven years old. I am happily married to my wife Aysha Mahmood with four children. I am extremely proud to have Aysha as my wife. The support she has given me is simply the best. Her unlimited support to my family and myself has made it possible for me to achieve all that I have today. I have four lovely children. Tahmina gave me the feeling of becoming a parent. I feel thrilled even now. Ishrat, Sanjida and Ridwan, Inshallah will be good in all areas and what we are talking about today, they will make them reality."
